USCIS News Regarding Readmissions for H and L Nonimmigrants

Certain H and L nonimmigrants with pending permanent residence applications will be allowed to return to the United States on their valid H and L visas and be admitted into their H and L status without showing their receipts for pending adjustment applications (Form I-797, Notice of Action).
