Studying in Chicago has become very attractive to many students oversees. Chicago is one of the largest and beautiful cities in the world.  It attracts many people around the world.  Foreign students look for good programs, good location, and affordable rates.  However, it is important for foreign students to begin the visa application and admissions process early to be able to be admitted for the Spring 2008 or Summer  2008 semester.  

Based on our conversations with some students, we recommend an English as a second language program at DePaul University in Chicago for those who would like to become proficient or conversant in the English language.
