USCIS Revised Filing Requirements for Form I-130

All petitioners who reside in the United States and want to file stand-alone Form I-130 will need to submit their petitions to the new address.

The instructions do not apply to I-130 Forms concurrently filed with Form I-485. See link: http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/I130FilingUpdate113007.pdf. However, if the applicants still mistakenly file Form I-130 with the Service Centers, the applications will not be rejected.
